With our accompaniment services, we support organisations in development processes and conflict resolution.
As mediators, we offer a confidential and voluntary process in which we, as a neutral, impartial third party, support organisations in resolving conflicts independently and permanently for the benefit of all parties involved. Mediation is cost-efficient, time-saving and confidential – both within your own organisation and in contact with external partners.
As facilitators, we lead events, meetings and workshops professionally and sensitively. We emphasise an open atmosphere in which all voices are heard in order to steer discussions constructively and achieve sustainable results in which all participants can see themselves reflected.
In school development, we support the process of schools in creating their mission statement, developing their learning culture, teamwork and digital transformation. We also coach educational managers. The aim is to realise sustainable change through a process-oriented approach and the active involvement of all stakeholders.
