School development en

School development is a crucial process for sustainably improving the quality of everyday teaching for teachers and learners. Schools are living systems that are constantly changing.

Our support helps schools to identify and achieve their individual goals, for example in terms of learning culture, mission statement work, school programs or digital transformation. We see change as an opportunity to strengthen teamwork and the learning culture. Our approach is process-orientated and usually takes two to three school years to achieve sustainable improvements.

Staff development is particularly important so that teachers are actively involved in shaping and developing their skills. This has a direct impact on the learners, who benefit from motivated and well-supported teachers. We also involve parents and local stakeholders in the development process to create a supportive community. A clear mission statement strengthens identification and orientation for everyone involved.
